What Payment Terms and Trade Terms Do You Accept?

We support standard international trade terms and payment methods for export orders. The terms below are typical; exact figures are agreed on the proforma invoice and may vary by project size and relationship.

Payment Terms

Trial / small order	100% T/T in advance
Standard order	30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment
Large / project order	30% T/T, 60% against B/L copy, 10% after installation (negotiable)
Long-term customer	Irrevocable L/C at sight accepted

Other payment methods (PayPal, Western Union for small samples) can be discussed. All bank charges outside China are for the buyer's account.

Trade Terms (Incoterms)

We commonly work on:

FOB Qingdao — most common; buyer arranges ocean freight and insurance.
CIF / CFR — we arrange freight to the destination port; we can quote this on request.
EXW — buyer collects from our factory in Hebei.
DAP / DDP — for truck or container-door delivery to neighboring countries; arranged through our forwarder.

Shipping

Tanks, pipes and gratings are usually shipped in 20GP / 40HQ containers or by bulk / break-bulk for oversized tanks. We pack in seaworthy export packing with fumigation-free plywood cases where required. We provide full shipping marks and photos before container loading.

Warranty

All FRP products carry a standard warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months from shipment (or 18 months from delivery, whichever is earlier), under correct installation and use. For large projects, an extended warranty can be negotiated.
