The Jinyang FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) intelligent pump station combines a corrosion-resistant composite tank with a PLC and remote-monitoring system. It operates automatically, sends operating data and alarms to your phone or SCADA, and cuts routine site visits for unattended water and wastewater projects.

How It Works

Sensors monitor liquid level, pump current, valve status, and intrusion. The PLC runs lead/lag alternation, dry-run protection, and fault recovery. A 4G or Ethernet module uploads data to a cloud platform, giving operators real-time visibility and alarm push from anywhere.
