Jinyang FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) special-shaped profiles are custom pultruded sections made to customer drawings. Whatever the cross-section - L, C, T, Z, or bespoke geometries - the pultrusion process reproduces it consistently along long lengths for structural, architectural, and equipment applications.

How It Works

A precision die is machined to the required cross-section. Continuous glass fibers are pulled through resin and the die, forming the exact shape at a controlled speed and cure. The finished profile holds the geometry along the full length, ready to be cut and assembled into the intended structure.
