Yellow FRP Square Tube

Yellow FRP Square Tube

Jinyang yellow FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) square tubes are pultruded hollow square profiles in standard safety yellow. Combining corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and a high-visibility finish, they are widely used for railings, frames, and fence posts in industrial and corrosive environments.

How It Works

Glass fibers are pulled through yellow-pigmented resin and a square die, so the bright color runs through the entire section. The hollow square tube provides stiffness on both axes and is cut to length and assembled with bolted or socketed connections.

Key Features

• Safety yellow - high-visibility through-color for railings and safety structures.

• Corrosion resistant - resists moisture, chemicals, and outdoor weathering.

• High strength-to-weight - stiff on both axes yet easy to handle and erect.

• Electrical insulation - non-conductive for safe use near electrical systems.

• Color stays - through-body yellow never peels or needs repainting.

• Easy to fabricate - cut, drill, and join with standard tools.

Technical Options

Square sections from 20x20 mm to 200x200 mm, wall thickness 3-10 mm, lengths up to 6 m. Standard safety yellow; polyester or vinyl ester resin; UV-stabilized grade.

Typical Applications

Safety railings, guardrails, frames, fence posts, and color-coded industrial structures.
