Jinyang FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) channels are pultruded C-shaped profiles used as lightweight, corrosion-resistant structural members. With high bending strength and easy fabrication, they serve as rails, purlins, frames, and supports in corrosive environments where steel channels rust or conduct electricity.

How It Works

Continuous glass fibers are pulled through resin and a C-shaped die, forming a web with two flanges. The channel section resists bending about the web axis and can be bolted, screwed, or slotted to connect to other members. Cut to length and assembled to build lightweight frames and supports.
