Multi-color FRP Square Tube

Multi-color FRP Square Tube

Jinyang multi-color FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) square tubes are pultruded hollow square profiles offered in a range of through-body colors. Combining structural performance with bright visual finish, they are used for railings, frames, and decorative or industrial structures where appearance and color coding matter.

How It Works

Glass fibers are pulled through resin mixed with color pigment and a square die, so the color runs through the entire section rather than being painted on. The finished square tube is cut to length and assembled into frames and structures, retaining its color outdoors without peeling.

Key Features

• Through-body colors - yellow, gray, green, red, and custom colors that never peel or chip.

• High strength-to-weight - stiff on both axes at low weight for easy erection.

• Corrosion resistant - resists moisture, chemicals, and UV exposure.

• Electrical insulation - non-conductive for safe use near electrical systems.

• Color coding - different colors mark zones, safety lines, or structural functions.

• Low maintenance - no painting or rust-proofing required.

Technical Options

Square sections 20x20 to 200x200 mm, wall thickness 3-10 mm, lengths up to 6 m. Standard colors or custom match; polyester or vinyl ester resin.

Typical Applications

Railings and guardrails, frames, fence posts, decorative structures, and color-coded industrial supports.
