With in-house die design and pultrusion capability, we turn bespoke cross-sections into consistent, production-length composite profiles for your product or structure.

How It Works

Send your cross-section drawing or 3D model. Our engineers review it for pultrusion feasibility, wall thickness, and fiber orientation, then machine a precision die. Continuous fibers and resin are pulled through the die to produce your shape to length. First articles are approved before bulk production.
