Frame-type Compression Mold

Frame-type compression mold produces rectangular frame-shaped FRP or composite parts such as enclosure frames, door frames, window frames, and equipment housing frames. The die is shown during CNC machining, with a large rectangular cavity and internal rib structures.

Die Structure

The mold consists of an outer frame and an inner form that define the frame cross-section. The cavity is a rectangular loop with uniform wall thickness. Internal ribs and gussets in the finished part are formed by corresponding recesses in the die. The die is machined from a solid steel block for rigidity.
