How It Works

The heavy mold frame is mounted in a large injection machine. Molten plastic fills the large cavity, and extended cooling channels solidify the thick section. The mold opens and a hydraulic or rack ejection system pushes the large part out. Cycle time is sized to the part thickness and wall section.
