The Jinyang long FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) prefabricated pump station is an extended composite barrel designed for deep-burial pumping applications. It combines a tall, corrosion-resistant FRP tank with submersible pumps and automatic controls to handle low inlet inverts and high groundwater in a narrow footprint.

How It Works

The tall FRP barrel is installed in a deep excavation so the inlet connects below the existing pipe invert. Liquid collects in the lower section; level sensors trigger submersible pumps on guide rails to lift it to the discharge. The extended barrel maintains pump submergence and keeps the surface free with only an access cover visible.
