The Jinyang modular prefabricated pump station is a sectional FRP pumping unit designed for large tanks that cannot be transported in one piece. The tank is made of bolted or bonded FRP sections, assembled on site, and fitted with pumps and controls for projects with access or transport constraints.

How It Works

The tank arrives as flat or curved FRP sections. On site, they are bolted or bonded together to form the required tank, then sealed and pressure-tested. Pumps, piping, and controls are installed either in the factory or on site. This allows large tank diameters and volumes where a one-piece tank would not fit through roads or gates.
