The Jinyang horizontal FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) storage tank is a filament-wound, corrosion-resistant vessel designed for the safe, long-term storage of liquids in chemical, water treatment, food, and environmental applications. Supported on saddles and installed horizontally, it delivers a compact footprint and easy access to nozzles, manways, and outlets for reliable industrial operation.

How It Works

The tank body is manufactured by continuous filament winding with unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber, producing a seamless, high-strength shell. Liquids enter through the top inlet and are retained inside until discharged through the bottom side outlet. Baffles, anti-corrosion liners, and optional insulation can be added to suit the stored medium and operating temperature.

Technical Options

Working volume from 1 m3 to 200 m3, diameters from 1000 mm to 4000 mm, design pressure from vacuum to 16 bar. Options include food-grade resin for drinking water, conductive liners for fire-safe service, PU or rockwool insulation with aluminum cladding, level gauges, and access platforms with ladders.
