The Jinyang horizontal FRP chemical processing tank is a filament-wound vessel built to hold and process aggressive chemicals under controlled conditions. With dedicated anti-corrosion lining, temperature and level interfaces, and robust nozzle connections, it supports continuous chemical processing, neutralization, and blending in demanding industrial environments.

How It Works

The tank is wound with chemical-resistant vinyl ester resin and E-glass fiber to match the process medium. Chemicals are fed through the top inlet, held at process conditions, and discharged through the side outlet. Optional connections for agitators, level probes, temperature sensors, and heating coils support active processing within the vessel.
