Electric Square Gate Valve

Electric Square Gate Valve

The Jinyang electric square gate valve is a motor-operated square sluice gate used to open, close, or regulate flow in channels and tanks. With a square frame and plate driven by an electric actuator, it is a compact solution for water, wastewater, and industrial flow control.

How It Works

The square frame is mounted in a channel wall or tank. The gate plate is raised or lowered by an electric actuator to seal or open the square opening. Position switches and torque protection stop the actuator at open and closed limits, while a manual override allows operation during power loss.

Key Features

• Square opening - matches square channels and tank outlets.

• Electric operation - push-button or remote open/close.

• Mechanical limits - position switches stop at open and closed ends.

• Torque protection - actuator stops on obstruction to prevent damage.

• Manual override - handwheel operation if power is lost.

• Durable body - FRP or stainless frame for wet outdoor service.

Technical Options

Square sizes 200x200 to 1500x1500 mm, FRP or stainless body. Electric actuator with push-button control; remote control and level-sensor options.

Typical Applications

Tank outlets, channels, sewage treatment works, irrigation, and industrial flow control.
