How It Works

Yellow PVC sheets are thermoformed with diagonal corrugations and assembled so adjacent sheets face opposite directions. Water descends across the crossed channels while air flows through, repeatedly changing direction and mixing. The cross-corrugation geometry spreads the film over a large area and breaks it into droplets for efficient heat transfer.
