How It Works

White PVC sheets are thermoformed into S-shaped waves and assembled into rigid blocks. Water flows down over the wave surfaces as a film while air passes through the channels. The S-profile lengthens the contact path and mixes air flow for efficient heat transfer, and the white color makes buildup easy to see.
