Jinyang FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) grating cooling tower fill is an open-grid fill used where dirty or debris-laden water must not clog fine-pitch film packing. The open bars resist fouling while still providing some cooling surface, making it a practical choice for rough-service towers.

How It Works

FRP grating panels with open square or rectangular openings are stacked in the tower. Water cascades over the bars as a thin film while air flows through the open grid. The large openings let debris pass through instead of catching, reducing clogging and maintenance.
