Jinyang cooling tower cross-fluted fill is a thermoformed PVC film packing used to boost cooling efficiency. The cross-fluted corrugations spread water into a thin film and promote turbulence, giving high heat transfer in a compact, low-pressure-drop fill pack.

How It Works

PVC sheets are thermoformed with parallel cross-fluted corrugations and assembled into packs. Water descends as a film over the wavy surfaces while air flows through the channels, transferring heat from water to air. The large surface area and turbulence give efficient cooling.
